Hello, I'm Krijn
I am 24 years old, born in the Netherlands and now living on the beautiful Costa Blanca.
In 2018, I started my education in Social Care. During my studies, I quickly discovered how meaningful it is to support older people and to truly make a difference in someone's life.
In 2021, I graduated as a Personal Support Worker. Since then, I have gained extensive experience supporting and guiding older people. I have worked on several departments within a nursing home and at a day-care centre for seniors living independently. I also have extensive experience supporting people with disabilities, having worked at several residential facilities and a care farm.
What motivates me every day is personal connection. A good conversation, going grocery shopping together, taking a walk or simply being there to listen. These small moments can make someone feel more comfortable, connected and less alone.
That is why I started Home with Care. I want to support seniors in a way that fits their lives and personal wishes. Not rushed or based on a fixed schedule, but with time, attention and genuine involvement.
This allows people to remain independent for as long as possible, with the reassurance that there is someone who genuinely cares and thinks along with them.
